NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM as from the 24th April 2023

As from the 24th April 2023 the practice will be running a new appointment system. You will no longer be asked to ring back tomorrow for an appointment. 

• Pre-bookable appointments will be available for 2 weeks in advance. Patients can choose between telephone, face to face or video consultations.
• Emergency appointments will still be available daily.
• On-line appointments will still be available to pre-book 2 weeks in advance and these appointments are released daily on line 2 weeks before the appointment date.
• The reception team have been trained in signposting patients to the appropriate service and will therefore, require details from you when booking appointments.
